By using Wazo, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service and all applicable laws.

2. Eligibility

By using Wazo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of these terms.

3. Account Responsibility

• Each account is protected by a Recovery Phrase Key.
• Users are solely responsible for keeping their Recovery Phrase secure. Wazo cannot recover lost phrases.

4. Prohibited Use

You may not use Wazo to:

• Threaten, harm, or harass individuals or groups.
• Engage in terrorism, trafficking, or any illegal activity.
• Attempt to circumvent security measures.

5. Privacy and Data

• Wazo operates a zero-knowledge model: we do not store your message content.
• Minimal metadata may be used to prevent abuse.
• Users may voluntarily report content for review.

6. Abuse Reporting and Enforcement

• Users can report messages threatening life or safety.
• Wazo reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts based on reports and evidence of abuse.

7. Limitation of Liability

Wazo is provided “as-is.” Wazo is not liable for loss of messages, lost Recovery Phrases, or user-generated content.

8. Modifications

Wazo may update these Terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
